How Does it Work?

One of our team will call you or arrange a meeting to discuss your training needs. We will look at who needs training, the expected outcomes and the degree of specialisation you require. In some instances we may ask a tutor to get involved at this early stage.

When we have agreed exactly what you need we will submit a detailed proposal. Once the proposal has been accepted we will identify and brief the most suitable tutor and work with them and you to refine the course content. Our tutors then prepare the course, deliver the training and supply the relevant reference and course material.

Follow up

Even if you are not looking for a full-scale consultancy, our tutors can prepare detailed de-briefing notes for the commissioning manager. In this way, the training is not an isolated event and issues that emerge during it can be worked on subsequently through further training or informal coaching.
